My name is Gregory Putt and I am a personal trainer based out of Brantford/Hamilton and Burlington surrounding area. I am a graduate of the health, wellness and fitness course offered at Mohawk College.
My areas of expertise are strength training, weight loss, mobility/flexibility prescriptions, program design and nutrition counselling. I have worked with many different demographics ranging from beginners, to the everyday gym goer, athletes and group class settings. The gym has always been my anchor in life and it truly is my driving force.
I am really involved in strength training and the idea pushing your body to it's absolute limits with safety. I have a strong passion towards health and fitness and I want to share all my experiences to see you succeed!
I believe when working with clients, you need to establish a team based atmosphere and hold each other accountable! I give my 110% and will do everything in my power to get you achieve the impossible!
Service Breakdown

My plan involves bringing the "personal" back in personal training. A lot of people fail in the gym because they don't have personalized workout programs tailoring to their needs/goals. Many people often don't train in the gym because they aren't comfortable and don't know where to start. Many people won't drive to the gym because they feel it is a chore to do so. Sound familiar? Well I have the solution for you!

My plan is to design you a tailored made program which will include everything to do with mobility prescriptions, nutrition advice, and a concrete workout regiment tailored to your goals. I will come to you! I will bring all the equipment to you and will train you from the comfort of your very own home.

We will meet for an 1 hour consultation meeting prior to starting training in order to breakdown your fitness goals! Short term and Long term goals. In that hour consultation, I will be performing movement screening tests in order to effectively choose the best exercises for you! to avoid injuries. For example, the one screening test is used to see if you can properly retract your shoulders to do pressing movements.

$30 per hour for 1 v 1 through video facetime.
